Rabby Points and the Rabby airdrop: what is confirmed in 2026

Rabby launched a points program on 23 January 2024 and ran a second season from 7 June 2024. As of 25 October 2026, neither Rabby nor DeBank has announced a Rabby token, an airdrop or a claim date. Any site offering a Rabby token claim is a scam.

"Rabby airdrop" is one of the most searched Rabby topics, and also one of the most abused by scammers. Here is what is actually confirmed, with dates, and what is only speculation. We are independent, we have no referral code, and we never ask you to connect a wallet.

Status in October 2026

QuestionAnswer (25 October 2026)
Is there a Rabby token? No official token has been announced by Rabby or DeBank.
Is an airdrop confirmed? No. No airdrop, snapshot for a token or claim date has been announced.
Do Rabby Points still exist?Yes. The extension now says "Check your points in Rabby Mobile" (Rabby extension, October 2026).
Are points worth money? No stated value. Rabby has never said points will convert into a token.

Independent trackers agree. In August 2026 AirdropAlert wrote that "Neither Rabby nor DeBank has confirmed a Rabby token" (AirdropAlert, August 2026), and prediction markets priced a token launch by 30 September 2026 as unlikely; no launch happened by that date. Market odds are trader bets, not company statements.

What Rabby Points are, and are not

Rabby Points are a score recorded by Rabby for each address. They are not a token, you cannot send or trade them, and they do not appear on any blockchain. Rabby showed a leaderboard and the total points distributed, and let users set a permanent referral code. Nothing in Rabby's interface or posts promises a conversion rate, a future value or a claim.

In September 2025 The Defiant ran the headline "Web3 Wallet Wars Rage On as Rabby and MetaMask Tease Tokens". A tease is not a launch. Thirteen months later, nothing official has followed for Rabby.

How points were earned

In Season 1, points came from a one-time initial grant (based on wallet balance, activity, Rabby badges and other criteria shown in the claim window), daily actions such as swaps, and referrals. The extension's claim window listed items such as "Wallet Balance", "Rabby Active User", "MetaMask Swap", "Rabby Valued User Badge" and "Rabby Desktop Genesis NFT" (Rabby extension, October 2026). Season 2 simplified the rules to a minimum balance and 2024 activity.

Rabby Points used referral codes. We do not publish one and recommend you treat any page that pushes a Rabby referral code as marketing, not independent advice.

Why people expect a token

Rabby is made by DeBank, which raised 25 million USD in December 2021 in a round led by Sequoia China (The Block, December 2021). Rabby has a large user base (900,000 users on its Chrome Web Store listing in October 2026), and it ran a points program with referral codes, which many crypto projects have used before a token. Rabby's September 2025 market-cap poll added to the talk. None of this is a commitment. Rabby has never published a token plan, a tokenomics page or a snapshot date for a token.

How to check your points safely

  1. Open the Rabby app you installed from an official store. The extension now points you to Rabby Mobile for points.
  2. Do not search for a "Rabby points checker". Search results for Rabby are full of fake pages.
  3. Never connect your wallet to a third-party "eligibility" site. Checking points never requires a signature that moves tokens.

Should you use Rabby just for a possible airdrop?

Use Rabby because it suits you: transaction simulation, risk alerts, many EVM chains and hardware wallet support. Do not use it, or pay its swap fees, only in the hope of a token. Points have no promised value, and many wallets ran points programs that never became tokens. Swapping back and forth to "farm" points costs real money in gas and fees; see Rabby swap fees.

If Rabby ever announces a token

Nobody outside Rabby knows whether a token will come. If one is announced, these habits keep you safe:

  1. Confirm it in two independent official places: inside the Rabby app you already use, and on Rabby's verified X account reached from rabby.io typed by hand.
  2. Expect copycats within minutes. Scam sites appear the same day, often as paid search ads above the real site.
  3. Check the claim transaction on Rabby's signing screen. A real claim gives you tokens; it does not ask for approvals of your existing tokens.
  4. Use a fresh address for any risky claim if you are unsure, and keep most funds on a hardware wallet.
  5. Ignore "early access", "presale" and "whitelist" offers. Rabby has announced none.

Points programs in crypto have ended in very different ways: some became tokens, some became in-app perks, and some simply stopped. Rabby has not said which way it will go, so treat your points as a record of activity, not an asset.

Fake "Rabby airdrop" and claim sites

Because people expect a token, fake claim pages are everywhere: in search ads, replies on X, Telegram groups, Discord DMs and emails. They look like Rabby and say "Claim your RABBY tokens" or "Check eligibility". Connecting your wallet and signing then gives the scammer a token approval or a permit signature, and your funds are drained.

  • Rabby has announced no token, so every Rabby token claim site is fake as of October 2026.
  • Rabby never asks for your seed phrase. Rabby support never DMs you first.
  • If a real token is ever announced, check it in the Rabby app you already installed and on rabby.io typed by hand or from your own bookmark, not through links in messages or ads.
  • Read Rabby's simulation and risk alerts before you sign anything; see Rabby transaction simulation.

Signs of a fake claim site

  • Urgency: "claim ends in 24 hours", countdown timers.
  • A request to approve a token, sign a permit, or "verify" with your seed phrase.
  • A domain that is not rabby.io, or a free-hosting or course-platform page with "rabby" in the address.
  • Replies under Rabby's real posts from look-alike accounts.
  • Rabby's signing screen showing a risk alert, an unknown spender or tokens leaving your wallet. Reject it.

If you already signed something on a fake claim page, move funds you still control to a new wallet and revoke approvals: how to revoke approvals in Rabby. The common patterns are collected in fake Rabby wallet scams.
